UX is a collection of tasks that concentrate on optimization of a product for effective and enjoyable use; UI - User Interface Engineering is its complement and is the look and feel of the presentation and interactivity of a product. UX, it is often confused by the industries that hire UI Designers. The beauty of UI design is that one needs not to be a sketch artist to create a beautiful interface. You can create several interface sketches based on the wireframe.
