Francisco Colmenero Villanueva (born 28 February 1932 in Mexico City)

He is a Mexican voice actor. For many years he was the official Spanish-language voice of Goofy.

 

Grabaciones y Doblajes Company has been an 'icon" in Latin-America and the rest of the world when Walter Elias Disney gave Edmundo Santos,in person,  work on dubbing.  This took place in 1943 with "Saludos Amigos" and the vast list of films Disney produced with animation and live action. In those days, voice over used to be recorded with a "Neutral Spanish Technique", which consists of dubbing without any particular accent for the huge Hispanic Market.
